Problem with blink and header file

Hello, 

I have a question to the blink. I´m using a STM8L but the setup with the SV link v2 worked as explained with the right firmware libraries. Now I want to make a blink with the onboard LED. I´m wondering how the header file looks like, as just the .c file in shown in the tutorial 

I receive the error massages that GPIO_MODE_OUT_PP_HIGH_SLOW and GPIO_PIN_5 is undefined. 

Just tried the GPIO_Init of GPIOB, GPIO_PIN_5 in the main method.

Could you tell me what to write in the header file?
