Good morning, I have a question about the operation of the following circuits where the same type of sensor is used but the first circuit measures pressure and the second measures flow.

The circuit operates on different modes. The operation is dependable on the operation of the Analog sensor. Could you provide the sensor info?

What are the applcations of those potentiometer?
