HELP with Schematics for magnet launcher

Submitted by Chris on

I am recreating the induction launcher in this YouTube vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qEH8NAI2TQ&list=LL4sbmwrdGZSvPH4DlIHtY…

I have all of the parts:
2 tranformers
4 resistors
bridge rectifier
4 capacitors
SCR
Switch
Electromagnet coil

I don't know how to read the schematics - HOW do I connect all of the parts and where for each?

Get back to me so we can talk about it.
Thanks

what problems are you having while setting up  this circuit if you have all the components. could you elaborate a bit more so we can help you better?

You can start assembling your schematic from any of the side like from right or left. Let’s say starting from left side, which is the source (transformer) side; place transformers connect two series rectifier diodes with the first transformer. The cathode pin of D1 connected with 4 series resistors. And then here 4 capacitors connections in a way that 2 capacitors will connect in series and both 2 series connected capacitors lines will connect in parallel, and so on. While making circuit you must use the digital multi-meter continuity tester to verify the connections. Here I suggest you to connect with the technical support team of SSLA platform for getting better assistance in your projects.
