Existing Honeywell 20P Security Panel

The house I moved into has a Honeywell VISTA 20P Security system installed with door, window, fire, etc., sensors that send  signals to the 20P panel that can be monitored by a Security Company - ADT or other.  I can connect my multimeter to the zone 2 "door" contacts of the 20P and see a mAmp change when a door is opened and closed.  Is there a simple current switch to which I can couple parallel to these contact points, and then add a device that can forward an open/closed signal to my home wifi that can then forward to my cell phone?
