4 way traffic light Circuit

I designed this circuit but it doesn't work

please tell me the error

Your circuit is all fine and I guess you should have got the output partially.

The reason is you have misplaced the ground two and three.

Since you are using a battery source there would be no need to specify these grounds in your circuit. Try removing them and it should work.
